Artist Alley:

We love our artists!  However, there are some rules.  Fanart is allowed unless we receive notification from copyright-holding parties to limit sales.  Fanart is defined as merchandise and prints that include the likeness of a character, symbol, or other copyrighted property, and are not officially licensed products.  

We do not allow traced art from official/unofficial sources, AI-Generated Art, and products/samples not created by the applicant.

What is not allowed?

Our show is family friendly.  Thus, we do not allow alcohol & illegal substances, NSFW products, swords or weapons, illegal items, and counterfeit/bootleg items.

Violating any of these rules may result into your removal at the show with no refund.

Food / Drink Vendors?

While we would love to have food and drink vendors at our events, the convention center has exclusive caterers they use.  They do not allow 3rd party food and drink sales on the premises.
